Absolutely! We only bring in professionals who are certified. We conduct background checks, check referrals and licenses on each and every service provider. Only those professionals who pass our strict onboarding process are allowed to work with Ajira Connect.

The customer can select whether he would prefer to purchase his/her own supplies or would prefer to leave it to the professional.
After each service is completed, customers are asked to rate the professional on different parameters and judge the overall satisfaction of the service.
Answer quick questions about the service you are looking for. -You will receive up to five quotes from professionals near you. -Compare quotes, profiles and reviews to hire the best pro. -Transfer payments safely and securely to the professionals through the platform.

Absolutely! Our experience on mobile is among the best! It's as easy as Book, Schedule & Relax. Book a service, schedule a time and relax while the job gets done by an expert. Additionally, there will be offers that are exclusive to the app from time to time. There are many other exciting features that you will soon see on your app in the coming weeks.
You can now opt to pay using mobile payment options including Mpesa. We are currently working on availing other payment options on the application including debit cards, credit cards and netbanking.
Ajira Connect charges a commission that does not exceed 8% depending on the labor cost quoted by the professional.

No. We help customers find pros for their requests, but pros don’t work for Ajira Connect. Instead, pros on Ajira Connect set their own prices for their services and contract directly with the customers.
